Alan Wadsworth
Alan Wadsworth is Senior Director of Human Resources at WITF and a proud lifelong
resident of central Pennsylvania. Alan graduated from Shippensburg University with both BSBA in Human Resources and an MBA and has worked in the HR field for over 15 years.
As the Director of Human Resources, Alan works in a generalist role providing support in the areas of labor relations, recruitment and retention, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration. Before coming to WITF, he worked in HR roles in the hospitality, private security, and education industries.
