Holiday Specials Round-up for Radio

WITF recognizes that transitions can be tricky. To help support families and children in the transition from preschool to kindergarten, WITF has partnered with community agencies and sponsors to create Ready Set Explore! Kindergarten, an event that provides families with useful information and gives the soon-to-be kindergartners a day full of fun and memories.
Explore in the Classroom is an EITC approved education outreach program designed for Kindergarten-2nd grade students. Led by WITF’s dynamic and experienced education team, every session connects an engaging take-home book with a hands on STEAM lesson to ignite curiosity and foster scientific thinking.
The WITF Central PA Spelling Bee invites 4th – 8th grade students from 11 surrounding counties to demonstrate their spelling knowledge as they attempt to make their way to the Scripps National Spelling Bee.
