(Hershey) — Hersheypark will be closed again on Thursday due to excessive flooding in the park, according to the park’s social media pages.

“Given the continued weather impact in our area – including impacts to roads, bridges and highways leading to the park,” their Facebook page reads. “Hersheypark, ZooAmerica, and the Hershey Entertainment Complex will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, July 26.”

This will be the third day this week the park is closed due to the excessive rainfall in the region.

Knoebels Amusement Resort, another central Pennsylvania amusement park, will also be closed again, due to flooding.

The park was also closed Monday and Wednesday this week due to excessive rainfall. Park cleanup has already started, garnering the help of about 150 employees.

Park officials hope to re-open Knoebels by Friday as long as cleanup is completed and all safety measures are completed.
